At Ready Clean, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We stand behind the quality of our services and aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Please review our refund policy below:


Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services, please notify us within **24 hours** of your appointment. We will return to your home or business to re-clean the specific areas at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the issue is reported more than 24 hours after the service was completed.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

- The service was not performed as agreed or was incomplete due to an error on our part.
- A cancellation with proper notice (minimum 24 hours) was made and payment was already processed.
- A duplicate payment or overcharge was made in error.

Refunds will not be issued under these conditions:

- The service was completed and no issues were reported within the 24-hour window.
- The client was dissatisfied but refused a re-clean.
- Access to the property was not provided at the scheduled time, resulting in a no-show.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment).


Cancellation & No-Show Policy

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the service cost.
- No-shows or failure to provide access may be charged  100% of the scheduled service fee.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.


How to Request a Refund or Re-Clean

To request a refund or re-clean, please contact us within 24 hours of your service with the following information:

- Your full name and service address  
- Date and time of service  
- A description of the issue  
- Photos (if applicable)
