Welcome to Ready Clean. By using our website and/or booking our cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Offered
Ready Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Mission, BC and surrounding areas. Services may include but are not limited to:
- Standard and deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Office and business cleaning
-Strat/condo cleaning
-Airbnb cleaning
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance, either through our website, phone, or email.
- Cancellations must be made at least **24 hours** before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to **50% of the service price**.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service fee.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices vary depending on service type, size of property, and level of cleaning required.
- Quotes provided are estimates and subject to change based on on-site evaluation.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- We accept Cash, e-transfer, debit/credit using Square.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within **24 hours** of service, and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a re-clean (at our discretion).
Access & Safety
- Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Ready Clean reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe or access is denied.
- Pets should be secured, and valuable or fragile items should be removed or clearly marked.
Liability
- While we take the utmost care with your home and belongings, Ready Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
- We are fully insured for accidental damage caused by our staff.
- Clients must report any damage or concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
